Tyler Shupe Leather
Leather Pocket Knife Sheath – Fits Case Trapper
A good pocket knife deserves better than rattling around with your keys. This is the sheath we build for Rafter P Knives — dark brown full-grain leather, white-thread stitching, and an angled cut that sets a trapper-size folder on your belt right where your hand expects it.
The Fit
It measures about 4¼" wide by 3¾" tall and is cut for a trapper-size folding knife. A Case Trapper — about 4⅛" closed — is the knife it's patterned around, and most folders near that closed length seat just as well. The angled profile tips the handle forward, so the knife draws with one hand and rides flat against your hip instead of jabbing you when you sit.
Tight on Purpose
Every sheath leaves the bench fitting tight. That's the design, not a defect. Leather molds to what it holds, so after a few days of carry it forms to your knife and grips it snug enough that there's no snap or strap to fumble — just reach down and draw. Stamped with our maker's mark and built to last a lifetime.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it fit my pocket knife?
If your folder runs close to a Case Trapper's size — around 4⅛" closed — it will seat and break in the same way. We build these for Rafter P Knives, but the fit is by size, not brand.
My new sheath feels really tight. Is that normal?
It is — every sheath is made to fit tight at first so it breaks in well. Work your knife in and out a few times and carry it for a few days; the leather will form to your knife and settle into a snug fit that holds it secure.
Which way does it wear?
Run your belt through both slots and the sheath sits at an angle, handle tipped forward for a natural one-hand draw. Most folks carry it on their strong side, just behind the hip.
How fast does it ship?
These are built and on the shelf, so your sheath ships out quick — no made-to-order wait.
