Shipping Policy

We build your gear to work hard and show up on time. Here’s how we ship.

Processing Times

  • In-stock items: ship in 1–3 business days.
  • Made-to-order/custom items: please allow additional production time (we’ll email ETA).
  • We don’t ship on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Rates & Methods (U.S.)

  • Free Standard Shipping: orders $150+ after discounts ship free.
  • Standard (3–7 business days): under $150 ships flat-rate (calculated at checkout).
  • Expedited options: shown at checkout (cost varies by weight/destination).
  • Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size/weight.

Order Updates

  • You’ll receive a tracking email when your order ships.
  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find it, check with household members/neighbors and contact the carrier. We’re happy to help start a trace.

International Shipping

  • Rates calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination and customs.
  • Duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Returns from outside the U.S.: buyer covers return shipping.

Shipping Damage

Stuff happens in transit. If your package arrives damaged, email hello@tylershupelather.com within 7 days with photos of the box and item so we can make it right.

PO Boxes & Rural Addresses

We can ship to PO Boxes via USPS. Rural routes may add a day or two.
