Built boot-shaped for a reason: a full pair of tall western boots rides inside, one boot per zippered compartment, kept apart so the uppers never scuff each other. The interior is finished in a smooth fabric lining that's kind to finished leather, and a small zippered pocket on each side keeps spur straps, socks, and the rest of the small gear with your boots where it belongs.

Is this the exact bag I'll receive?
Yes. The hide photographed is the hide that ships — no substitutions, because there's nothing to substitute. We have one other black & white boot bag cut from a different hide; look at both listings side by side and choose the pattern that suits you.
Will my boots fit?
At 18" tall with a 16" deep foot section, it's sized for a pair of tall western boots — one boot per zippered compartment, so shafts stay upright and the leather stays apart in transit.
The interior photos in the gallery show our red & white bag — all three boot bags share the same smooth black lining and two-compartment layout.
What goes in the side pockets?
Each side carries a small zippered pocket for the gear that otherwise goes missing: spur straps, boot socks, a boot hook, a tin of conditioner.
