Return and Refund Policy and Lifetime Warranty for leather craft items
1. Returns and Refunds for Defective or Damaged Items
a. We take pride in providing high-quality custom leather goods. In the event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.

with a description and images of the defect or damage.
c. Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.
2. Lifetime Warranty
a. Our products made in houes come with a lifetime warranty when subject to regular maintenance as recommended by Tyler Shupe Leather and used under normal conditions. Not all products sold by Tyler Shupe leather are made in house.
b. To activate the lifetime warranty, customers are required to follow the care and maintenance instructions provided with the product.
c. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized alterations.
d. For warranty claims, customers must contact us with a detailed description and images of the issue.
e. If the product is found to be eligible for warranty service, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.
3. Exclusions
a. The lifetime warranty does not cover natural wear and tear, scratches, or fading that occurs over time with normal use.
b. It does not cover damage caused by improper maintenance, exposure to extreme conditions, or accidents.
4. Returns and Refunds for Non-Defective Items
a. Custom orders and personalized items that are free from defects are not eligible for returns or refunds.
b. Refunds are not offered for non-defective stock items.
